Here is a first for us. New for 2026.

Linda's Chickens are becoming ever more popular and a great alternative to Turkey. She has blessed us with some more stock of her 4Kg chicken, which we will bone, leaving the drumsticks intact for appearance, stuff with our new chicken, harissa and pomegranate mix and coat with a french garden garlic marinade.

Minimum weight 3.5Kg. Serves 8 portions comfortably.

Special Introductory price.
