For those that know - this is a fantastic roasting joint from the top of the rump. Traditionally served in South America but now a firm favourite with Steak lovers.

The roast is excellent value for money and has a deep strong taste. Best served with all the fat left on the top.

Minimum 1Kg roast Served 3-4 comfortably.
