For over 30 years Linda Dick has supplied to us these spectacular  hand reared chickens.  They are mighty beasts reared using no additives, no growth promoters and no forced feeding, in Linda’s lovely hillside farm near Peebles.  They are given plenty of space to run around. Last year we managed to increase our numbers but only have 180 and they will be popular again this year.  Order early as sizes are limited and they will sell out.  (Giblets included in weight)

Look out for the new Stuffed Linda Dick Chicken stuffed with our fabulous Harissa and pomegranate stuffing.
