We source these lovely Gressingham Ducks at a comfortable 2.2 Kg minimum weight.  As stocks are limited we will purchase before Christmas and freeze. We will start defrosting them so they will be ready to eat on the 25th.  Once collected however they can immediately be put back in the freezer for a later date.
